Lourdes Saad Caudle, MS, LMHC
Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Lourdes is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a graduate of Barry University,
earning a double Master's degree, one in school counseling and the other in mental health, with over 20 years of combined experience in the mental health community.
Lourdes also has a bachelor's degree from Nova University in Elementary Education.
Lourdes has an extensive background in the areas of children and family behavior.
Her passion is working with young children, teenagers, and families to prevent or treat negative behavioral patterns that might affect their adulthood.
She practices Mindfulness, Play Therapy, and Meditation with her young clients.
Lourdes started her career working for the Family counseling services of Greater Miami in inner-city schools.
After 5years, she moved on to work for Hospitalization programs.
She has worked with the chronically ill population, dual-diagnosed and court-order patients.
She provided individual and group counseling to a chronically ill population in hospital settings.
Lourdes oversaw and supervised the internship program in the psychiatric unit at Parkway Regional Hospital.
She has also worked with the geriatrics population at Catholic Hospice and has experience with Grief counseling.
After 7 years, she was promoted to the Clinical Director of Parkway Regional Hospital psychiatrist unit and Miami Lakes PHP Community center program.
After ten years in the field, she went into private practice part-time while still directing the PHP programs.
She built her private practice to full time leaving the hospitalization program to pursed a second career.
Lourdes returned to school to become a successful Real Estate Broker, her family has been in the Real Estate business for over 40 years.
Lourdes earned numerous Diamond club awards from the Coldwell Banker office in Miami Lakes,
She currently has her Brokers license active.
Lourdes is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish.
She loves to serve her community by volunteering at the local church and her sons' schools.
Her passion is working with children, helping others grow, practicing mindfulness, and teaching to be kind to yourself / others.
Lourdes has recently become a Qualified Supervisor for LMHC candidates and offers this service as well.
